Rebuild the Party wanted to build a unique system that would allow users to submit questions to the candidates for RNC Chair. Questions can be submitted either in text or YouTube format. Then, website visitors can vote questions up or down. The most popular questions will then be posed to the candidates for RNC Chair, whose responses will also be posted on the website.
